The HALFROX race will consist of the 8 standard HYROX exercises and running. Repetitions and distances will be half of the full HYROX race standards but we will be using similar, if not identical, weights and equipment.

The HALFROX race will consist of the 8 standard HYROX exercises and running. Repetitions and distances will be half of the full HYROX race standards but we will be using similar, if not identical, weights and equipment.
While you are encouraged to use the weights you would use in a HYROX race, you are welcome to modify to lighter weights if needed or heavier weights if you want more of a challenge.
